Payment Information

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number. Stripe may collect and process payment details in accordance with their policies.

• To provide and maintain the service (imports, exports, summaries).
• To process subscriptions and manage billing status.

• To protect security and prevent fraud/abuse.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with service providers that help us operate TaxAI, such as:

• Stripe (payments and subscription billing)
• Vercel (website hosting and delivery)
• Google Workspace (support email communications)

If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy.

Data Retention

We retain account and billing records as needed for operations, security, and legal/accounting purposes. Uploaded files and generated outputs are retained only as needed to provide the service and may be deleted upon request, subject to legal requirements.
