Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to TaxAI (TAXAIONICS SOLUTIONS LTD.). If you have any questions, contact admin@taxaiapp.com.

7-Day Full Refund (First Subscription)

You may request a full refund if:

  • Your request is made within 7 days of your first paid subscription purchase, and
  • You have not used Pro download/export features (i.e., you have not downloaded Pro outputs that require an active Pro subscription).

After 7 Days / After Pro Downloads

If more than 7 days have passed since your first subscription, or if Pro download/export features have been used, we typically do not offer refunds. You can still cancel anytime and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Billing Issues (Duplicate / Accidental Charges)

If you believe you were charged incorrectly (for example, duplicate billing), email us and we will investigate and resolve it promptly.

How to Request a Refund

  • Email admin@taxaiapp.com with the subject: “TaxAI Refund Request”
  • Include the email used to subscribe and the charge date.
  • We typically respond within 2 business days (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm PT).
